Paprika Garlic Chicken

You can't ignore the flavorful and delicious taste of this paprika grilled chicken. Enjoy with your kids.

Prep time: 10 minutes

Cooking time: 10 minutes

Total time: 20 minutes

Servings: 2

Ingredients:

2 1/2 tbsp. avocado oil

3 tbsp. red wine vinegar

4 garlic cloves, grilled, mashed

1/2 tbsp. smoked paprika

1/4 tsp. each sea salt, or adjusted to taste

1/4 tsp. ground black pepper, or to taste

1 pound boneless chicken thighs, skinless, trimmed

Directions:

1. Add avocado oil, vinegar, smoked paprika, garlic cloves, pepper, and sprinkle with sea salt, thoroughly whisk until combined, add the chicken thighs, stir to coat, cover, refrigerate overnight or at least 2 hours.

2. Preheat a grill on high.

3. Meanwhile, remove the chicken from the marinade, and then discard the marinade. Place the chicken on the grill, close the lid, grill, about 8 to 10 minutes, or until well heated and cooked through, turn one time, and then serve immediately.
